Along with education, meditation is also necessary.

Education is one of the powers. Similar to wealth, health, wisdom, compassion, etcetera.

Power must be purified and confined by noble and humble objective to accomplish healing purpose. It becomes meaningful to humanity and mankind.

My education transformed me superficially.
Made me civilized.
But.
My meditation transformed me deeply, made me realized.

How to create happiness in life.

Everything is contagious, both good and also bad.

Justice, satisfaction and happiness are contagious too. Similar to contagious diseases, which are bad to societies.

When something bad can catch us, why not good catch us too?

Let’s get infected to goodness.

I don't drink alcohol.

I don't eat meat and tobacco.

I don't have bad addictions.

What is called as liquor (or alcohol), is more dangerous than cocaine, and other drugs. As it is legally sold and consumed.

Say no to addictions. As they are used for relaxation of mind. Used to avoid frustrations.
To ignore bitter truths of reality.
To soother the mental pain. (Trauma).

Meditation will help to avoid addictions. To provide calmness, balance and healing.

Paramahansa Yogananda, author of the spiritual classic Autobiography of a Yogi,

taught that the ultimate purpose of human life is to realize the divine within.

His profound teachings blend Eastern spiritual wisdom with modern science,

emphasizing Kriya Yoga, meditation, and the power of concentrated thought to overcome limitations.

Exploring the core of Yogananda's spiritual insights reveals the following key principles:

1. The Cosmic Dream and Maya

Yogananda taught that the material universe is a form of cosmic delusion, or maya.

Drawing parallels to how a single dreamer's consciousness creates multiple beings within a dream,

he explained that the Creator's consciousness is individualized into every living being.

By detaching from the ego and its endless desires, we awaken from this illusion to realize our inherent oneness with the cosmos.

2. Developing Intuition

He maintained that intuition is the "soul's guidance" and our greatest faculty for navigating life.

Unlike the fanciful voices of the subconscious, true intuition is experienced as an inner whisper during moments of profound mental stillness.

Yogananda taught that this infallible counsel can only be developed through regular meditation and the mastery of one's emotions.

3. Conquering the Past and Self-Esteem

When Yogananda was asked what the most valuable words in his autobiography were, he cited his own guru, Sri Yukteswar:

"Forget the past.

The vanished lives of all men are dark with many shames.

Human conduct is ever unreliable until anchored in the Divine.

Everything in the future will improve if you are making the spiritual effort now."

He stressed the importance of burying past disappointments and cultivating a divine self-confidence.

4. The Power of Affirmation

Long before mainstream psychology broadly embraced them.

Yogananda understood that words are Spirit.

In his teachings, he highlighted how concentrated, positive thoughts and affirmations can heal the body, cure negative habits, and transform one's environment.

He recommended using affirmations to replace fear and discordance with harmonious, divine vibrations.

5. Eternal Kindness

Yogananda's philosophy required seeing the Divine in every soul, which naturally precludes unkindness.

He taught that no matter how one is treated, maintaining an internal anchor of peace is one of the greatest victories over the ego.

The phrase you are referencing comes from Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda,

specifically from the teachings of his guru, Swami Sri Yukteswar.

The original quote is:

"The rishis wrote in one sentence profundities that commentating scholars busy themselves over for generations."

The Core Meaning
This statement underscores a fundamental difference between spiritual realization and intellectualism.

• The Rishis (The Ancient Seers):

They wrote from a state of direct, intuitive experience.

Their truths were condensed into short, potent sutras because they understood reality at the atomic and universal levels.

• Commentating Scholars:

Those who lack direct experience try to dissect, debate, and analyze these spiritual truths using logic and vast vocabulary.

Sri Yukteswar pointed out that these intellectuals get lost in "learned pomposities" or "endless literary controversy", mistaking the precise placement of a comma for true spiritual insight.

How Yogananda Elaborates
In his own writings—

such as his commentaries in God Talks With Arjuna:

The Bhagavad Gita—

Yogananda expands on this by emphasizing the following concepts:

• The "Hollow Victrola":

He criticized scholars who simply mechanically repeat the words of masters without experiencing the truth themselves.

• Digested Knowledge:

He stressed that reading scripture without internalizing it one stanza at a time results only in vanity.

True wisdom is not assimilated with the eyes, but with one's entire being.

• Direct Experience:

Yogananda emphasized that the ultimate goal of yoga is not just philosophical debate, but establishing a direct, personal communion with the Divine.

Yogananda wrote regarding ancient Gita or Upanishad verses

Sri Yukteswar's broader teachings on maya and intuition

994 hurtful external uncontrollable

.
Of course you are correct.
You can heal yourself.
Healing within is your possibility.
.
Some people are killing themselves.
It’s their karma.
They are becoming what they deserve.
.
You are divine.
I am with you.
I respect you.
I appreciate you.
I respect your divinity.
Because I understand your divine soul.
.
It’s nature's creation that the law of karma.
If someone is destroying themselves It’s because they have chosen it by themselves.
.
You are guiding them.
But they don't listen to you.
Because they are different.
.
But i listen to you.
Because i can understand you.
I am with you.
I extend my love to you.
I stand with you.
What else can I say.
I give you myself.
My love to you great soul.
God bless you great soul 🙏

995 prayers recitation

.
Recitation is the mother of memory.
.
Human memory is in layers.
.
Recitation and repetition enters into deeper subconscious physical memory.
.
It helps to enhance motivation,
thus create unconscious actions of discipline and principles to serve the humanity.
.
To provide change for justice.

Prayers must be constructive. Humbly and gently seeking for blessings for healing. Not with anger and manipulation and destruction.

You are Correct. I agree with you great soul.

Human life is seeking for moving towards perfection. Perfection is a neverending infinite path towards evolution. It's not a destination.

A state of concious alert mind being calm and still creates balanced clarity to focus. This state creates sharpness to find solutions.

Human life is both. To be calm and also to be active. Towards evolution with clarity.

Being constructive, humble, kind, gentle, creates healing within. Gives clarity for actions. But the consequences of our actions are not in our control. They might lead to destruction. Because everything or everyone has to face the karma of consequences. Fruits of actions. To sow the seeds and to reap the fruits.

My prayers for healing, blessings and happiness great soul.

This is the part no one wants to admit. Some men don’t “accidentally” lead you on. They’re not confused. They’re not unsure. They know... | Instagram
This is Correct. I agree. This is my experience too. Not only between man and woman. But each and every relationship in the society.

This is how i was treated by my parents, my siblings, my relatives, my friends, my employers, and every one else.

This is the contagious behavior of the society which has to change and transform.

How to create happiness in life.

Everything is contagious, both good and also bad.

Justice, satisfaction and happiness are contagious too. Similar to contagious diseases, which are bad to societies.

When something bad can catch us, why not good catch us too?

998 Pretending Lies Hiding Purpose

.
To stop pretending might provide healing.

If something is bad and if it's needs to be fixed.

For example if a person is helpless in the griefs of stronger destructive strength.

If pretending to be happy under unavoidable helpless pain.

Pretending for healing.

Pretending to overcome.

Alternative is to express the truth with kindness.

Without arrogance. For healing.

Different ways of healing.

Pretending creates confusion.

Where as expressing truth with kindness is constructive for convincing the mind for clarity.

Wisdom is to express the truth to the helpful constructive souls.

Expressing the truth to destructive manipulative enemies might creates hurdles.

Quality of souls is important.
Because nature's creation is wild.

Wisdom is necessary for existence.

Sometimes lies can protect the innocent for justice.

Innocent souls might suffer due to arrogance of destructive souls.

Everything is not perfect or constructive in the natures creation.

Perfection is a neverending infine path towards evolution.
Not a destination.

Justice is to protect the innocent.

To establish peace by converting the destructive in constructive intelligence for humanity.

Purpose of objective is the goal of humanity.

For progress and peace through the logic of justice.

Let the concept of god bless the universe towards peace and healing.

When the windmills of divine justice churns.
The destruction happens.

Sometimes many innocents like Jesus are tortured.

Wisdom is necessary depending upon the situational circumstances.

Sometimes pretending might be the only option for healing.

Divine light, healing, happiness, peace.
